We are committed to providing high-quality care for your child. Below is our fee schedule for various programs. All fees are billed monthly and are due on the 1st of each month. A non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of enrollment.

LATE PICKUP FEE
At Acorn Start Daycare, we understand that life can get busy, but it’s important to pick up your child on time to ensure a smooth transition for both your child and our team. To respect the time and schedule of our staff, we kindly ask that parents pick up their children promptly at the designated closing time. A late pickup fee is applied for every minute past the scheduled pickup time on a per child basis. This helps us manage staffing and ensure that we can provide the best care for all children until they are picked up.
On a per child basis (no exceptions) : $1 PER MINUTE

diaper service fee
We strive to provide a convenient and seamless experience for all parents. If you are unable to provide diapers for your child, we offer a Diaper Service to ensure your little one has everything they need throughout the day.
A Diaper Service Fee of $50 per month will be added to your account if you opt into this service.
This fee covers the cost of supplying high-quality, hypoallergenic diapers and wipes for your child. If you have any specific preferences or would like to bring your own diapers, please feel free to let us know. Our goal is to make your daycare experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
PAYMENT POLICY
- All fees are due on the 1st of each month.
- A late fee will be applied for payments received after the 2nd of the month.
- A 30-day notice is required for any changes to care schedules or withdrawals.
